Description
Entroido is straw-yellow in color, evoking the color of the valmiñor albariño that constitutes its base, in addition, it has golden reflections of a certain intensity. It’s bright and transparent.
It shows a citrus nose with very marked notes of orange and lemon and also very floral, all wrapped with pleasant spicy touches. The notes of fennel, bay leaf and coriander, flowers such as roses and balsamic notes such as mint and eucalyptus are especially noteworthy. It also shows spices such as cinnamon.
Entroido is complex, intense and elegant with an Atlantic mouth, fresh and reminiscent of the Galician mountains. It’s equally unctuous with a very pleasant, enveloping and citrusy acidity.
