Description
Bright orange color. A surprising bouquet on the nose and the palate, with fruity aromas and a tannic character. This wine has expressive notes of blood orange, citrus zest and candied citrus. The attack is lively and refreshing. The color and aromas are obtained thanks to a vinification process which is similar to red wine: during fermentation, the cap of marc — made of grape skins — is frequently immersed until the desired structure of the wine is obtained. Enjoy it as an aperitif, with exotic food or grilled fishes.
