A phenomenon. Our Rare Dry Gin that’s steeped with Shiraz grapes for eight weeks. A full strength gin that’s naturally sweetened and colored by cool-climate Shiraz grapes, with a touch of spice. No added sugar – all sweetness is natural from the grapes Aromatically it shows fresh pine needles, citrus and spice, and distinct peppery, dense, raspberry notes. The palate is lovely and sweet with a long juniper and spice character on the finish. Ideal in a Bloody Paloma, Mule, Sour or served over the rocks.
