Graci Etna Bianco 2020

Etna Bianco, made up of 70% Carricante and 30% Catarratto, is fresh, light-bodied and delicate straw yellow in color. Gorgeous floral bouquet, showing hints of acacia and Mirabelle alongside lemons and chalky minerality. On the palate, this is very linear and pure with the sort of brisk acidity expected of this volcanic origin. The palate is rounded by creamy texture, owing to nine months ageing on lees, and the finish displays notes of freshly squeezed lemons, lime cordial and saline minerality.
