Distilled from agave and made with Oaxacan ingredients, this is a mezcal-lover’s gin. Hints of honey and orange mingle with a whiffs of dried thyme and jalapeno. The palate echoes that honeyed tone, weaving in juicy blackberry and mild smoke, finishing with a complex mix of graphite, licorice, clove and black peppery heat.
