Hillrock’s first release blended by owner Cathy Franklin. Cathy’s Cuveé is a blend of three of Cathy’s favorite Solera special finishes – Premier Cru Sauternes, Tawny Port, and Pedro Ximenez. This 92.6 proof bourbon has highlights from all three finishes – honey and caramel from the Sauternes cask, red berry and chocolate from the Tawny Port cask, maple and toffee from the Pedro Ximenez cask – all coming together to create a beautiful, delicious, and complex bourbon. A perfect Spring sipper, limited to just 205 bottles.
