Description
Our unique cooking method is to combine the old traditional way of cooking agaves in brick ovens and our stainless steel autoclaves for 32-36 hours. The tequila tastes of caramel, toffee, molasses, chocolate, unsweetened powdered chocolate, vanilla, honey, agave, dried fruit, orange peel, floral notes, herbs, licorice, clove, nutmeg, baking spices, white pepper, and oak.
