Description

Shiny pale yellow with green highlights. A nice aromatic freshness with citrus and flower notes. Sharp and accurate the palate is like the nose: lime orange blossom fresh almond. Its freshness and finesse allow it to be enjoyed as an aperitif. It also pairs well with white meat and sauce. At the sea side it will be perfect with a plate of steamed or poached shellfish as well as fried grilled or steamed noble fish. Drink right away or age up to 2 years.
