A fresh, fruity and approachable unfiltered skin contact orange wine made from old vine procanico grapes & trebbiano cultivated in volcanic soil. 5-6 month aging in large wooden cask. 4 week maceration imparts a dark amber color. Aromas of candied fruit, dried apricot and ginger. Nice acidity, some tannins and balance with a long finish. It pairs with a wide variety of dishes – one of those wines to recommend for difficult pairings! A natural wine made from the patented Corino Method with nothing added.
