Description
The nose is a powerful combination of fruitiness and forest earthiness. On the palate, all of these flavors are accompanied by minor notes of dark chocolate, graham crackers, toasted almonds and fruit blossom floral. The texture and weight are ample, but never overbearing. The finish shows off concentrated cherry sappiness and an oily, smooth texture. This Cabernet is lovely now and will develop more complexity with extended bottle age.

Cabernet Sauvignon
