Description

Pale sunny yellow in color and flavor. Lemon zest and green apple mix with pineapple and a toasty, custardy grace note. Hints of flint and wet rock add to the wine’s complexity, while the crisp yet creamy palate shows tart nectarine, light tropical fruits. On the finish, the wine is fresh and pithy with lingering fruit flavors.

Perfect with grilled halibut or sea bass, or chicken cutlets in creamy dijon mustard sauce.
