Round, lush and piquant on the palate, with a crystalline and salty, very delicate yet vibrantly fresh acidity, this is a full-bodied, intense and complex, very long and textural Hubertuslay from finely weathered slate soils. The finish is long, fresh and round as well as grippy, salty and piquant. Still young and with fine tannins, the 2019 will benefit from bottle aging. Tasted in May 2021. Drink: 2025-2050. (Jun 2021)”
