We distilled our first barrels of Helderberg Bourbon in 2018. Crafted from the LaGrange Farm’s “bloody butcher” dent corn—an old-style heirloom grain that’s been grown in the United States since 1845—this bourbon packs a signature flavor that’s easy to recognize whether you’re sipping in New Scotland or on the other side of the world.
Aged for five long years in homage to the traditional production methods borrowed from our compatriots in Kentucky, we haven’t cut a single corner in ensuring that this particular brand lives up to the promise of its inspiration
