Pale yellow with slight green tinting in color. Incredible citrus, spring flower and subtle muscat aromas. Neutral acidity and a wonderful taste of freshly cut green apples, ruby-red grapefruit and honeysuckle. Papi Sauvignon Blanc pairs best with green vegetables, oysters, goat cheese and fresh herbs.
