Penderyn Peated

Description

Distilled in our unique Farday still in the mountains of South Wales, this whisky is matured in ex-Bourbon barrels before finishing in ex-Scotch casks that have held heavily peated whisky. This gives Penderyn Peated a delicate peaty character and a light golden tone. Bottled at 46% abv and Non Chill Filtered to give the best texture and mouthfeel. This whisky has a Kosher certificate.
