Description
Grapes for this classically produced ice wine were harvested in December 2013 from our Cayuga Lake vineyards. The resulting wine offers an exquisite balance of flavors of honey, pineapples and apricots with crisp acidity in the long and lingering finish. Serve with cheesecake, fresh fruit or crème brulee.
