Description
This walks a tightrope balancing high acidity against perceptible but moderate residual sugar. The wine shows best when well chilled. Crisp apple, Asian pear, green honeydew melon and more can be tasted. There’s a strong probability that this will improve considerably with some further years of bottle age, allowing the acid/sugar competition to integrate further.
