Full-bodied, intense and elegant on the palate, this is a densely textured Sancerre with well integrated minerals, phenolic grip and a very nice acidity and salinity in the finish.”

Not yet reviewed; 2019 vintage rated 92 points by John Gilman (View From the Cellar): “The 2019 Sancerre ‘Cuvée les Coûtes’ from the Reverdy family is a beautiful example of the vintage, offering up early generosity, beautiful purity of fruit and mineral signature and a zesty, succulent personality. The nose delivers a lovely constellation of pear, gooseberry, raw almond, spring flowers, chalky soil tones and a gentle topnote of fresh-cut grass. On the palate the wine is vibrant, full-bodied, focused and bouncy, with a superb core of fruit, excellent soil inflection, zesty acids and a long, wide open and complex finish. A lovely example for drinking over the next several years. 2021-2026.”
