The average age of the vines (as of 2011) is approximately 35 years. A classic representation of the ‘taste’ of Pernand with its intense minerality, hints of fennel and honey and broad-shouldered appearance. Aged on its lees for twelve months and bottled without filtration, it is particularly ageworthy.”
