Description
Jumps out the glass with cassis, black plum, dried cherry, dried fig, cigar box and freshly shaved dark chocolate. The palate is complex with firm yet round tannins with a lingering finish that brings you back for more. Notes of sandalwood, red currant, Italian plum and dried fruit dominate. Serve with rib-eye steak, flank steak or just by itself.
