This is floral and very aromatic, spicy and peppery, faintly varietal, complex, elegant and balanced. It has a mineral palate with very fine, chalky tannins, beautifully textured, and it’s focused, clean, sharp and vertical, with some austerity. It finishes dry and long. It has superb finesse, a more elegant view of the Gualtallary wilderness. 4,000 bottles were filled in December 2017. Drink: 2019-2026. (Oct 2019)”
