Description
Despite its name, Sunny View is a low lying site shrouded in fog overnight and through the morning during the growing season. The result of this cooler climate is a delicately-balanced pinot noir, which achieves depth and concentration in ripeness while retaining acidity and verve.
Aromas of crushed Bing cherries, red plum, strawberries, wet pine needles, holiday spices and white pepper define this wine. The palate has fresh-picked, ripe red plum, red fruits, forest floor, white pepper and holiday spices. The end result is a bright, balanced, medium-bodied pinot noir.
