Soil characteristics: farmed in sicily in a shallow soil of medium texture at about 300 meters above sea level. Winemaking the grapes are harvested at the right phenolic ripeness and vinified with a 8 – 10 days long maceration with daily pump- overs at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. It matures in steel for approximately three months before being bottled. Colour: intense red with ruby reflections.
