Very fresh nose with mineral notes, flowers, yellow fruit and citrus fruits. The yeasts are delicate, adding very light notes of bread and custard. The tone is immaculate. Slightly creamy finish that fades into lime. Tense mouth dominated by orange-flavored freshness. The balance is excellent, the structure medium and the echoes of pinot noir are whispering in a citrus forest. The sip is measured and agile, with good drinkability. Discreet persistence and delicate perlage.
