Medium to full-bodied, it’s deep and layered, built around an elegantly muscular chassis of chalky dry extract and underpinned by lively acids. ‘Outstanding,’ Allen Meadows (Burghound): “There is a phenolic hint (think olive oil nuances) to the softly citrus suffused aromas of green apple, quinine and lemongrass. The sleek, delicious and nicely vibrant medium-bodied flavors exude evident minerality on the clean and dry if mildly rustic finale where a hint of warmth gradually emerges.
