Description
92-93 points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): “The 2018 Meursault ‘les Cras’ was a bit more reserved on the nose from its recent racking than the Chevalières, but with some coaxing offered up scents of apple, passion fruit, spring flowers, salty, chalky minerality and a gentle foundation of vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and nicely reserved, with a lovely core, good mineral drive and fine cut and grip on the long and very well-balanced finish. Though this is a touch more grumpy post-racking than the Chevalières, this is clearly going to be a lovely bottle. 2022-2045. (Nov/Dec 2019)”
