Completely fills the mouth, white flowers, fresh apples, but also some pears to give a bit more flesh, perfectly judged acidity and the oak is nicely integrated. The barrels are made out of 2.5 year air-dried trees from the local forest of Cîteaux. (Nov 2019)”
